ANNUAL WAGE NOTICE REMINDER FOR EMPLOYEES IN NEW YORK STATE

New York State’s Wage Theft Prevention Act requires New York employers to provide all employees working in the state with an annual notice of their wages.  As required by law, the “Annual Wage Notice” will be distributed to your employer. The notice contains information such as your hourly rate and overtime pay rate (for hourly non-exempt employees) or annual salary (for exempt employees).  The law also requires employers to collect acknowledgement of receipt from all employees who get an Annual Wage Notice.  For information, visit NYS Department of Labor.

Well, not sure that all of the employers would mention a correct overtime pay rate. Generally those things are not usually announced publicly.
